Professional Live Scan Services — 6 Days a Week

Our friendly and trained staff ensures your Live Scan is completed with accuracy, privacy, and professionalism. All records are processed securely and confidentially.

What You Need for Live Scan

To complete your fingerprinting, you must bring:

  • A completed “Request for Live Scan Service” form (3-part applicant submission form)

  • All required agency information, including ORI Code, Agency Address, and Mail Code

  • One valid form of ID (Driver’s License, Passport, or State ID)

We cannot fill out the form for you, but blank forms are available onsite if needed.

Your referring agency/employer must provide you with the correct codes and instructions.


Live Scan Fees

Rolling Fee: $35 (our service fee)

If your agency does not provide a Billing Number, the following fees may apply:

  • DOJ: $32
  • FBI: $17
  • DSS: $10
  • Child Abuse Index: $15
  • Firearm: $38

EXCLUSIVE USER AGREEMENT

Organizations that send all applicants exclusively to us may qualify for reduced rolling fees. Contact us to set up an agreement for your business or agency.
